Who Can Use Our Services:
- You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
Keep Your Info Correct:
- Make sure all your account details are correct and up-to-date.
Using Service Quality Central:
- We're giving you a special 'just-for-you' pass to use our stuff for non-money-making reasons.
We Can Switch Things Up:
- Sometimes we need to change or shuffle our content around. We'll always try to let you know what's up.
Your Stuff is Your Stuff:
- Anything you make and share is yours, but when you share it, you're giving us permission to use it too.
Help Us Help You:
- Tell us what you think! Your ideas can help us get better, and we can use them without having to pay you for them.
Stay Safe:
- We're on your team when it comes to security, but we can't promise to block all the bad guys. Keep your account info safe and tell us if something's up.
Not Our Circus, Not Our Monkeys:
- If we link to someone else's stuff, we're not in charge of what they say or do.
Be Cool with Content:
- Don't swipe content from Service Quality Central or anyone else.
Paying for Stuff:
- If you buy something, we charge in UK Sterling, but we'll tell you what it is in your money. You handle the taxes and fees, and if you need a refund, check our Refund Policy.
We Can Change Things:
- We might tweak or pull our services, but if you've paid for something and we drop it, you might get your money back.
Things Happen:
- We give you our services 'as they are', and we're not on the hook for any hiccups or bumps you face while using them.
The Rules of the Game:
- UK laws play referee here. If we have a disagreement, we'll try to work it out in arbitration or local court for you.
The Fine Print:
- We can change these rules. Keep using Service Quality Central, and you're saying 'okay' to the new terms.
- If one rule doesn't apply, the rest still do.
- Don't use your account and it goes into hibernation, but you can wake it up with a login.
